4. AMC & Support Services

AMC services are valid only for the agreed number of users/systems.

Hardware replacement costs are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

Preventive maintenance visits are scheduled as per the selected plan.

Support response time is based on the chosen service level (SLA).
5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate system, network, and access information.

The client is responsible for maintaining valid software licenses.

Unauthorized changes to systems may affect service quality and support coverage.
6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly / quarterly / annually).

Late payments may result in service suspension.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Data Security & Confidentiality

DreamTechnologies will maintain confidentiality of client data and access credentials.

While we follow best security practices, we are not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, cyberattacks, or third-party software unless covered under a specific agreement.

Clients are advised to maintain regular data backups.
8. Limitation of Liability
DreamTechnologies shall not be liable for:

Business loss, revenue loss, or downtime beyond our reasonable control

Issues caused by third-party software, ISPs, or hardware vendors

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the current billing period.
9. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or integrate third-party products or services. DreamTechnologies is not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of third-party providers.
10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per the agreement.

DreamTechnologies reserves the right to suspend services due to non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, text, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of DreamTechnologies and may not be copied or used without written permission.
