Yes — we provide setup and support for email domains, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud storage configurations, and integration with your existing infrastructure to ensure smooth communication systems.

Q 5. Are software and antivirus licenses included in AMC packages?

Basic antivirus setup and updates are included in AMC packages, but paid licenses for software or third-party products are not included and must be purchased separately unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Yes — DreamTechnologies offers both remote and onsite support. Onsite visits are scheduled based on your plan and issue urgency. Enterprise and priority plan holders receive faster onsite assistance.

Response times vary by AMC plan selected. Priority support plans receive faster response and onsite visits, while standard plans get remote and phone support within business hours. Exact SLAs are shared when you enroll in a service plan.

Q 8. How do I choose the right AMC plan for my business?

We recommend selecting a plan based on the number of users/systems you have and the level of support required. For small teams with up to 10 users, the Basic package is ideal; for growing teams with 10–20 users, the Standard plan is the best fit; and for organizations with 20+ users, our Enterprise plan provides complete IT infrastructure management and advanced support.

Our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages include onsite and remote support, preventive maintenance visits, hardware and network troubleshooting, software support, security updates, and priority response times depending on the plan you choose.
